So the boss comes down, right? We have this "big meeting" and - bottom line is - I'm not only getting less hours for staff to use this year but we need to deliver twice as many presents!!!!!!!!1!! I say "how do you expect us to do all this work if you're cutting back on staff" His usual answer "I don't care how, just get it done." WTF!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!
Same every year, it just gets busier and busier and we get less and less people. Apparantly we're not allowed to keep any of the temps on this year either. Just as well; we hired two elves called Robert who are both pretty much useless at everything, we hired Clare who seems to spend most of her day on her lunch hour...and don't get me started on Phillip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just heard that we won't be getting a Christmas bonus this year either...fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!! At this rate, I'm gonna just go work for HMV. Least we get a uniform that doesn't look like somebody just vomited Christmas Cheer all over us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111!!!!!!!!!!!!
